林女士以新加坡為基础，从1990至2014 一直于银行业发展, 活躍於私人银行业务。她的個人的信誉、网络和投资技巧，主要是通過花旗银行、新展银行（DBS）, 歐洲各信贷银行以及商业银行和瑞士银行；如EFG和瑞银（UBS）。透過她投资的高淨值客戶，包括股票基金，管理总额超過10亿美元的资产。此外，林女士個人拥有广泛而強大的全球金融中介网络，无论是商务企业，金融机构，家庭办公室和個人投资者。

Being a go-getter, Ms Lam intends to build this lending business in a much bigger way as its potential is too huge to be ignored. Therefore, she started to set up her own Private Debt Fund , Charismatic Debt Equity Fund , first in Ireland in March 19 and then second in Singapore in March 21, and thirdly , Charismatic Private Debt Fund in May 2024. Charismatic Capital is the Investment Consultant to all the regulated Funds. . Being a regulated Lender gives comfort to both borrowers and investors . This differentiate itself strongly from the competitors which are mostly unregulated and unlicensed private lenders. Since then , it has attracted investment funds from high net worth family offices , individuals and institutional investors.

Mr Chue Zheng Yang

CHUE Zheng Yang is the Head of Risk at Carrington RHT Investments.

Prior to joining the Company, Zheng Yang was a Portfolio Manager at Swiss-Asia Financial Services, where he ran a successful hybrid discretionary-quant global macro fund that overlaid traditional asset allocation with short-term alpha trading strategies in
the global equity, fixed income, commodity and volatility markets.

Zheng Yang began his career as a quantitative researcher at the pension programme of Singapore’s Ministry of Defence. There, his responsibilities included developing the programme’s asset allocation, risk and actuarial models, as well as conducting due diligence and statistical analysis on many of the world’s leading traditional and alternative investment managers.

Zheng Yang holds M.S. Operations Research and B.S. Financial Engineering degrees from Columbia University in the City of New York. He is certified with the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) as a Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
